Doable

Terms of Service

Last updated July 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of Doable, an AI workspace and chief-of-staff assistant provided by Words and Music (“we”, “us”). Doable is currently offered as a private alpha. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Doable.

The service

Doable helps you manage email, calendar, contacts, files, and tasks, and can prepare drafts and take actions with the services you connect. Because Doable is in active development, features may change, be limited, or be unavailable, and the service is provided on an as-is basis.

Your account and connected services

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for activity under your account.
  • When you connect a third-party service (such as Google or Microsoft), you authorize Doable to access it on your behalf for the features you use. You can revoke that access at any time from within Doable or from the provider's account settings.
  • Your use of connected services also remains subject to those providers' own terms.

Actions you approve

Doable may propose actions — such as sending an email, creating a calendar event, or acting on a file. WhereDoable asks you to review and confirm an action, you are responsible for the content and consequences of the actions you approve. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before you rely on it or send it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Doable to:

  • break the law or infringe others' rights;
  • send spam, phishing, or unauthorized bulk or deceptive messages;
  • access data or accounts you are not authorized to access;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

No warranty

Doable is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of Doable, including actions taken based on AI-generated output.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Doable and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access to the alpha, or to any account that violates these terms, and may discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as Doable evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
